Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Our office accepts payments by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Please bring your current dental insurance plan information and card to your first visit. You will be meeting with the financial coordinator to confirm, update and learn about our payment options.

This option allows you to pay for your treatment over a period of time so you can focus on what matters most – keeping your smile healthy!
Insurance
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
Please note that as of January 1, 2004, the orthodontic clinic does not admit patients covered by Minnesota Health Care programs, including: MA, Medica, Blue Plus, Health Partners Care, UCare and MNCare. For provider information, please contact your health care program directly. Please check with our Faculty Practice as they do accept most of these.
