We generally can offer you an appointment within 2 weeks to be seen by a dentist. Call our office at 612-626-3233 and our reception staff can assist you in selecting a provider.
Prepare for Your Visit
Please bring your dental insurance card and a picture ID a list of your current medications and doses prescribed.
Also, any forms that were sent to you or that you filled out online, such as a health history and admission forms.
Price and Insurance Information
We are preferred providers for Health Partners and Delta Dental, however we are not affiliated with state funded programs. Our fees are comparable with private dentists' office fees.
