About Pediatric Dentistry

Our Pediatric Dentistry Clinic in Moos Tower serves children from birth through age 15. The School of Dentistry also has an Advanced Pediatric Dentistry Clinic on West Bank specially tailored for children with special needs or referred for sedation.

We accept all patients from birth to age 15. Patients do not need a referral to become a patient. Learn more about check-in, who will treat your child, appointment times, what to bring with you, and insurance information.

Procedures Performed

Routine recalls, comprehensive oral evaluations, prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, diagnostic radiographs, amalgams, white composite fillings, prefab crowns, caries risk assessments, nutritional counseling in controlling dental disease.

We coordinate with other specialty clinics (Endodontics, Oral Pathology, Cleft Palate, and TMD). Nitrous Oxide available when needed.

Children may also be referred to the University of Minnesota Pediatric Dental Clinic, made possible by Delta Dental of Minnesota on the West Bank. This clinic is staffed by dentists in the University of Minnesota Advanced Education Program in Pediatric Dentistry working towards a certificate in pediatric dentistry.
